Caving With College Settlement Summer Camp 6/26/2025

 

A friend from years ago, Giselle Consentino, contacted me. She is working at a different summer camp and wants to get some of the kids underground. You know, I jumped at this opportunity. 

This is College Settlement of Philadelphia. Their teen overnight program wanted to have four trips in central PA this summer. This is the first trip of the four.

None of the youth has been in a cave before. Most were a little uneasy about it, but they got brave and gave it a try. 

They did great and had a lot of fun. While it was a large group, we did get to see a large portion of the cave. I’m looking forward to the next three trips.
