Caving With Troop 30 3/8/25

 

In February 2025, Troop 30 contacted me about going on a cave exploration trip. They had been to Indian Echo Caverns. However, they wanted to see a natural, non-commercial cave. 

This would be their first trip with me.

Scoutmaster John Leed and I decided on March 8 to go on this trip.

It was a little cold as we met at the Sheetz near the cave in Shippensburg. We caravanned to the parking area and started gearing up for the trip.

I think the video tells more about the trip than I can explain. SPL Jude did a great job of leading the Troop, keeping everyone together, and getting them all through their cave exploring experience.
